Precautions for installation of stainless steel ferrule joint
The pipe joint in the form of ferrule is suitable for use in the place where the medium material is oil, water, gas and other places without corrosion characteristics. It is a kind of pipe joint with good airtight performance. When the aluminum-plastic pipe is used together, it can be used very flexibly after being connected with the pipe. It has the advantages of reliable connection and excellent airtight characteristics.
Key points for installation of pipe joint in the form of ferrule:
1. The pipes that need to be cleaned with acid solution should be cleaned with acid solution first.
2. According to the length required in actual use, use a saw or professional pipe cutting machine and other tools to cut the pipe. It is absolutely not allowed to use a solution or grinding wheel to cut off the pipe; remove the burrs, metal chips and stains on the inner and outer circumference of the pipe end; remove the rust prevention AIDS and stains on the ferrule type pipe joint; at the same time, ensure the roundness of the pipe.
3. Insert the nut and ferrule into the pipe first and then. The cutting edge at the front end of the ferrule should be at least 3mm away from the pipe junction. Then, insert the taper hole inside the pipe connector until it cannot be inserted.
4. Slowly tighten the ferrule nut, and at the same time rotate the pipe until the pipe does not move. Then tighten the nut by 2 / 3 to 4 / 3 of a turn.
5. Remove and check whether the ferrule has been found in the pipe and whether the position is accurate. The ferrule is not allowed to have axis direction transfer, it can rotate slightly.
6. After checking that the requirements are met, turn the tightening nut again.
Key points for installation of high pressure type ferrule joint:
1. In the process of transfer or static, the rubber hose shall not be over bent, nor shall it be bent at the root, at least at 1.5 times of its diameter.
2. When the rubber hose is transferred to the two ends, it shall not be pulled too tight, and it shall be relatively loose.
